We’ve made all sorts of interesting things in our time: mixed media art, bespoke signage, craft items, even tattoo designs! If you’re looking for people to help you to realise any of these, or if you want to pose a challenge to us to see if our creative minds can help you to make your ideas a reality, then have a chat with us!

Hastings Pride is a free-to-attend festival with events curated across the area, organised for and by the local LGBTQ+ community, their friends and allies. It is supported by the donations and sponsorship of companies and individuals so please give what you can to ensure this event continues to be free and open to everyone that supports the LGBTQ+ right to equality in law and society: www.HastingsPride.co.uk
The website itself was set up to be initially minimal with the potential for growth and we are advising the Me Within Me team on how to adjust content and style for maximum and appropriate engagement with customers as well as the workings of the internet. We have also been entrusted with various marketing assignments, with a tri-fold leaflet being the main item of physical publicity distributed to the target area. Complementary stationery such as business cards and letterheads add to the overall package.
We were supplied with wooden beams that had been taken from a 100-year-old railway carriage and we crafted these into the signs, retaining the original fixture holes as a reminder of their interesting past. The images and text were hand-painted from designs that were created and developed by us in consultation with the centre. Visitors to the site have remarked that the signs are “warm and homely” and that they perfectly encapsulate the spirit of the place while seeming like they had been there for years!
As part of the package, we also created a logo that included the design element of the two yurts and beech tree (focal points of the centre) as well as flyers for the opening weekend and the initial Summer season.
The consultation process delivered the required designs and these were hand-painted onto canvas-covered board to produce an artistic feel and quality to the finished products. The clients were so pleased that they commissioned us to redecorate the outside of the premises in the same style, adding custom lettering to the windows as well.
